These classes are offered at 9:30 a.m. unless otherwise noted below.

Coffee & Life - topical study and plenty of lively discussions relating to Christian living. People of all ages study the word of God and the topics that relate to our daily real life situations. This class meets in the Coffee & Life Room.  Teachers, Jack Tharp, John Gaylor and Roger Sherman rotate every 6 weeks.  Curriculum: Varies

Homebuilders - Join a group of parents with school age to college age children who enjoy fellowship and study together. This class meets in Conference Room C. Curriculum: Walk As Jesus Walked  Contact: Bob & Coleen Albright 

J.O.Y. Class - This is a fun-loving study group ready to meet God in the joy of life. Class meets in the Overlook room.  Curriculum: Life and Ministry of Paul. Contacts: Sally Kenley & Betty Brown

Membership Inquiry - These sessions provide anyone wishing to join NFUMC with information concerning the Methodist Church and our history, beliefs, creeds, and sacraments. 

For those transferring membership from another United Methodist Church, we offer a one-session New Member Transfer reception. The one-hour evening meeting allows new members to meet and talk with our pastors and staff members and to meet other new members. The appropriate paperwork will be completed during this meeting to initiate the membership transfer process.

If you are new to United Methodism, we have a membership class that you can attend that will provide an overview of what we Methodists are all about. These classes are usually held after the 9:30 a.m. Sunday service at different scheduled dates throughout the year.

Wesley - These senior adults meet every Sunday all year to fellowship and enjoy Bible study using the UMC "Adult Bible Study Series." Lessons include scripture reading, study material and lively discussion. This class meets in the Parlor at 9:30.  Curriculum:  Adult Bible Study Series  Contact: Phil Tomlin

Rise& Shine - This early morning class meets in Wesley Hall at 8:00 a.m. on Sundays for coffee, lesson, and fellowship.  All are WELCOME!  The lessons address current issues from a biblical perspective using Wired Word as the resource.  Contact: Tanya or Todd Cass
